We use a unique ultraviolet technique to bond the ink to each card for durability. The color may wear off with heavy use though so they are less suitable for frequent use.
It’s easy to create your metal photo cards. Your photo files should be JPEG format, Adobe RGB color embedded, and 300 DPI at print size. Please allow up to 3mm (1/8″) trim on each edge for finishing. We use rounded corners on our cards as square corners can be quite sharp and should be handled with care. We can add your contact information to the other side of the card. We can also print in custom sizes, as required. We typically ship cards based on a credit card or business card sizes. We can also print onto any metal, card finish or card thickness you prefer. Pure Metal Cards color photo metal cards are coated using state-of-the-art coating equipment. The coating procedures may sometimes contain small imperfections such as small craters or bumps. We inspect each metal card sheet very carefully and if there are imperfections we place them in the most unobtrusive parts of the image. We cannot remake these photo metal cards due to these imperfections unless they are located in a very prominent part of the image. Your color metal card may fade like a normal photograph, so please avoid direct sunlight or scratching the card surface. The edge of the card will show your chosen metal.
Your cards are shipped in a premium quality high gloss black wood presentation case with a separate cardboard storage box. Each metal card is also individually wrapped in a transparent plastic sleeve.
